Pons & Associates is capable of undertaking both routine “greenfield” geotechnical assignments and complex assignments in urban or “brownfield” settings. 

Our capabilities include concept- and planning-phase geotechnical subsurface investigations; design-phase support such as preparation of geotechnical specifications and drawings for excavations and foundations; retaining wall design; and construction-phase services, including Special Inspections, cost estimation, construction-impact instrumentation, movement/settlement monitoring, building condition surveys, inspection and monitoring, soils and materials testing, and field load testing.
