Pons & Associates provides comprehensive geo-environmental due diligence support for real estate transactions and building development.  Our capabilities include Phase I environmental site assessments, Phase II environmental subsurface characterizations, and Phase III remediation and regulatory support services. 

We are skilled at navigating complex regulatory environments on behalf of our clients, including completing National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) permitting for owners with federally-funded building assets. 

Our environmental expertise includes managing hazardous materials building surveys (i.e, asbestos-containing materials, lead-in-water, lead-in-paint, and mold); in-depth soil vapor intrusion assessments; and regulatory support and remediation management/design. 

The firm has specialized expertise in providing consulting support to commercial clients in the aftermath of disaster-related floods.

Based on the firm’s core geotechnical, environmental and facilities strengths, Pons & Associates has also developed specialized expertise in the assessment of existing radon mitigation systems and the design of new radon mitigation systems for multi-unit family projects and childcare centers, including development of technical specifications and drawings.
